He winced as the other man removed the wire around his neck. “Thank you so much,” he said, stretching out both his hands, but realising that the man was still holding the wire, he took them back. “You are my saviour. I honestly don’t know what I would have done without you.”
The man gently placed the wire onto the fence post behind him and then ordered him to sit down.
“You know, the man just attacked me and threw the spiky wire over me. I was so scared, I didn’t know what to do… What are you doing?” he asked, only now noticing that the man was tying his hands against the fence post behind his back. “No,” he said, shaking his head, panic breaking out. “No, no, no.”
The other man placed the wire back around his neck and grinned. “He forgot to tie your hands. Amateur’s mistake.”
